Shipping is free for all orders above $120.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Live Goods: Includes all live plants, animals, insects.
Shipping on the soonest available Mon/Tues.
SAME WEEK SHIPPING CUTS OFF MONDAY MIDNIGHT (VIC TIME)

Dry Goods: Includes all non-living items.
Shipping on the soonest available Mon, Tues, and Fri.

IMPORTANT: Due to state restrictions, some items (live plants, invertebrates and items of biological origin) may not be available to ship to NT, WA or TAS. For shipping exceptions to this state, please contact us!

Please note that delivery times are estimates according to Australia Post, delays beyond our control may occur at any time.

Live Goods

In the event of extreme heat or weather events between origin and destination, we will do our best to pack for the conditions using extra insulation, and the use of heat/ice packs depending on the requirements of the plants/animals.

It is recommended to have someone present at home or to send it to your work address to receive and check the live animals sooner.
PO Boxes are not suitable for receiving live animals, and cannot be covered by DOA policy.
Before purchase of Live Goods, take time to familiarise yourself with the Returns Policy and what to do when the parcel arrives.

Note on Hot Weather during October-March:
Dispatch of Live Invertebrate orders may be delayed due to extreme weather. We check for extreme heat in Melbourne and all postal codes of delivery every weekend. Every week from Oct-Mar we email affected people to notify of any shipping changes we have to make. Please make sure that your email information upon ordering is correct!

International Shipping

Due to restrictions and difficulties with shipping internationally, all goods cannot be shipped outside of Australia.
